1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop norlo.ch. The seller is Guilherme Rocha Nunes, Chemin des Semilles 13B, 1870 Monthey ("Norlo").

2. How a contract is made

The products shown in the shop are not a binding offer. By clicking "Pay now", you place a binding order. You can check and correct your details at any time before sending it. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Norlo is not registered for VAT. Shipping within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein is free.

4. Payment

You pay when you order, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery usually takes 8–12 working days. If a product is unavailable, we'll tell you straight away and refund anything you've already paid.

6. Returns

Swiss law gives no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Norlo voluntarily offers a 14-day right of return. The conditions are set out in our returns policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory 2-year warranty from delivery applies. If a product is faulty, we will replace it or refund the purchase price, at our choice. Normal wear and damage from improper use are excluded. Our cases protect your device in everyday use, but they are not a guarantee against every kind of damage to it.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded as far as the law allows.

9. Data protection

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Monthey. As a consumer, you can also bring proceedings at your place of residence.

11. Language versions

These terms are available in German, French and English. If the versions differ, the German version prevails.
