Refund policy
14-day returns
You can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. This is a voluntary offer from Norlo.
How it works
- Write to hallo@norlo.ch with your order number.
- We'll send you the return address in Switzerland.
- Send the product back, well packed. Return postage is at your expense.
Refund
Once we've received and checked the product, we refund the purchase price within 5 working days to your original payment method.
Faulty products
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, send us a photo. You'll get a free replacement or your money back, and you don't need to send anything back unless we specifically ask.
Warranty
Separately from the right of return, the statutory 2-year warranty applies to manufacturing faults.
