Shipping policy

Where we deliver: Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Cost: Shipping is free.

Delivery time: Usually 8–12 working days from your order. Products ship directly from our production partner's warehouse.

Tracking: As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll get an email with the tracking number.

Customs and VAT: You won't pay any customs charges or import taxes.

Delays: If your parcel hasn't arrived after 22 working days, write to hallo@norlo.ch. We'll sort it out or send you a new one free of charge.
